Epox 8KHA+ AGP voltage

I have heard that the 8KHA's AGP voltage is lower than on some other boards, is this true? The reason I ask is because I had a lot better luck overclocking my Ti200 in my old Asus A7V than I am having on my new board. There is more cooling in the case tho, so I thought it might be voltage. Has anyone heard about anything like this?
thanks,

I hope not, I just got mine via UPS today. I'll install it when my new HDD and CPU get in....

overall the board performs very very well. I've been very happy with it in all aspects. I just dont understand why I cant clock my card as high as I used to w/o getting artifacts. Maybe I just need more cooling. You can never have enough cooling.
