I would like a very stable mobo, with some (not main concern) over-clockability, really don't know which one to choose.

<< A7V266 would be my 1st choice then either epox >>

I thought the VIA DDR chipset had some problems similar to the ALi? All the reviews I read a few months ago seemed to indicate that the AMD chipset boards were the only ones worth getting. If I remember correctly, in some cases the Via DDR was slower than the KT133A!

FWIW, I just bought an A7M266. Its a nice board, but I think the 8K7A is a much better buy. You get an extra PCI slot, it's better for overclocking, and cheaper. If I were to go back in time 5 days, I'd purchase the 8K7A.

The ALi boards are the ones that suck big time. VIA's KT266 DDR boards all have a major USB issue when boards are clocked above 140MHz FSB. The AMD 760 boards are the less problematic, it's just that you'er limited to 2 DIMM slots. The KT266 would be my first choice if it didn't have the USB problem.

Until A7V266 proves it's stability, A7M266 is the most stable non-oced, but will probably be replaced by A7V266. But oced, both Epox boards are more stable oced than boards like A7M, MSI K7 Master and others. But again like somebody mentioned, EPoX has another PCI slot and is significantly cheaper than A7M, if you want A7M, then I'd wait for A7V to be out world wide, but again both EPoX are probably the best ocing boards.
