Epox 8k7a error 39

I am setting up my computer windows 98se and added office 2000 to it. Now it locks up and the Epox 8k7a screen shows 39 instead of the all ok FF. I can't find and info in the manual or the epox web site. Any help would be great. Also if I reset it twice I can start it up in safe mode but can't start it up in normal mode.

I don't see code 39 in the manual's appendix. I suggest you email EPoX. Good luck...
