Epox 8K5A2+ w/ RAID won't post after installing/removing 2nd DIMM.

I had it working just fine, but noooo, I had to add another 512MB DIMM.

What did I have?

BIOS RAID named W2KSRAID w/ (2) 80GB Maxtors.
1700+ overclocked by setting FSB to 166.
512MB Corsair XMS PC2700 (maybe aggressive timing) in 1st DIMM slot
Windows 2000 Advanced Server (new install for learning)

What I did to screw it up:
Hey! I've got this 2nd DIMM I just got from Crucial. The box label says:
CT6464Z335.16T2 512MB 184-PIN DIMM 64MX64 DDR PC2700
Installed into 2nd DIMM slot w/ power cord removed and PS discharged.

Effects of install after reboot:
Post says I now have 1GB but freezes on that page. Reset results in the same.

Remedies considered:
Either clear CMOS (may lose RAID config) OR remove Crucial memory.

Actions taken:
Shut down, unplug and discharge PS, Crucial DIMM removed, system restarted.

Effects of "Actions taken":
Post says I now have 512MB and still freezes on that page. Reboot results in the same.

Remedy considered and taken:
I unplug/discharge PS, clear BIOS using JBAT pins restart with no change from previous item above.

Now what the hell do I do?

Remedy considered:
Re-install Corsair. (Act of desperation with no logical reason to do it).

LED on mb reads "6d" which in the mb manual reads:
6Dh
  1. 1. Assign resources to all ISA PnP devices
  1. 2. Auto assign ports to onboard COM ports if the corresponding item in Setup is set to "AUTO".

Are you overcloking? If you are, set it back to default specs, or even to 100MHz (200Mhz) to see if that clear the problem.
