Alright, I know the last thing people love to see is another 'Help with my RAID array' thread, but my fingers are bleeding from hitting the search button.

I'm trying to setup a RAID 0 array on an EPOX 8K5A2+ w/ 2 WD 120 giggers. I've enabled the RAID in the BIOS, and have each drive is primary/connected to individual RAID IDE. I just can't seem to get Windows XP to see it anywhere on the system. It is listed (HPT372 UDMA/ATA133 RAID Controller) in system propterties under RAID/SCSI controllers. It is even listed under the 'drives' in system properties.

I've used the latest Highpoint drivers from the EPOX site. The Highpoint RAID management software also can see any array I build, but it is just not accessable. This is my first attempt at building a RAID, so if anybody can shed some light on my prob it will be much appreciated!

I didn't seem to have any trouble with mine.

Did you use the RAID setup disk provided with the mobo when you installed Windows?

When you are first installing Windows, and this is very, very soon after the Windows CD boots, it asks you to press F6 is you have any disk adapter (SCSI, RAID) drivers to install. Press F6 and it will ask you to put the disk in. Then it will display a screen where you can choose the Highpoint RAID 372 drivers. After installing these drivers, everything else should proceed just fine.

Thanks, I actually just figure out the prob a few days ago. Once I formatted them everything went smoothly - Windows loads so quickly now :)
