epox 8k3a+ or msi kt3 ultra aru

Building new system and i'm gonna buy a athalon xp 2100+ processor and i'm still having trouble picking a motherboard. I want a kt333 motherboard and I'm mainly looking at the epox 8k3a+ or the msi kt3 ultra aru. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Is either of these better for the processor i'm getting? Also if anyone would like to suggest a different motherboard then thats fine with me. All comments appreciated.
