I have 2 sticks of RAM, 1 PC3200 512 MB CAS2 OCZ stick, and a Samsung PC3500 512 MB stick. At a FSB of 144, my system is fine at DDR 288, CAS 2, 522 timings, with either of these RAM sticks. At DDR 384 (4:3 ratio), CAS 3, 733 (!) timings, neither stick will work, reporting errors in memtest86, and producing errors in Windows/applications. I really don't think both sticks of ram are not capable of DDR 384.
I have tried both sticks of RAM singly, each in Slot 1. (the only supported slot for single-stick use in this board), with memory voltage from 2.5 to 3.0 volts. Memory errors always occur at about 69% into a pass in Memtest86.
Any hints? Or do you think I have reached the physical limitations of the board?

BTW : P4 1.6A @ 144 FSB = 2.3 GHz
