This board is a godsent! No reboot issues! High FSB! AGP/PCI lock!
I have my 1.6a running @ 2.51 (157FBS) at DDR200 spec with Corsair 512mb PC2700.
I have my CPU voltage up to 1.75. DDR voltage at 2.7. AGP voltage at 1.5.
Everything is perfectly stable so far. Crashed once after about 8 hours of infinite loop of 3dMark. Did Prime95 overnight.
Success I tell you, success!!

Yea just got mine yesterday, installed win xp pro at 2100mhz, running 1.6v on CPU, 2.8 on samsung pc2700 512mb. Got it running smooth as silk at 2307. No crashes whatso ever. This is the best MB I have ever owned. Even works perfectly with my ATI 8500 in everquest which is AMAZING =p.

Anybody thinking of getting a 1.6a/1.8a overclocked setup should seriously think of this board

Blah. I think that any one of the newer 845 DDR boards will work with the setup you are using now. One thing about the OCin of the 1.6 NW is that damd CPU tem. throttling problem. If you work your CPU too hard then it just slows it self down to let it cool. I would go more for stability than the extra HP. Going to 133MHZ on the FSB is already a 33% OC and that is already equal to the top of the line Intel CPU. Jus my 2 cents
