if they were all clones of jango fett, why don't they all look alike?!

Last time I checked they did... They didn't show their faces much in the movie. That's why they wear helmets so they can use different actors. I think they may have been better served by using the original Jango (actor) for the clones rather than get a guy who has the same skin tone but doesn't really look like him. It's not a big deal when you are comparing 10 years to 30 years (guessing at Jango's age) but from 20 (clone)to 30 you don't change like that.
