epil-stop & Spray?

Have you guys seen the ads for this? Apparently you spray it on and then wipe it, and your hair, off with a towel. Supposedly it's quick and painless. What do you guys think?

Just to be clear, I don't want to use it. I'm just curious about how it works, etc.
