Enzotech CNB-S1L enough to cool Nforce4?

I have a DFI Ultra D (Specs below), not over clocked, the northbridge fan started going and I purchased the highly touted Evercool VCRE. I'm not to thrilled with it, it has a new stench that no other part I've ever installed has ever had, being in my room I can't deal with it.

I'm wondering if the passive Enzotech CNB-S1L would be enough to cool the northbridge?
