how to deal with envy is to be happy with what you have.

if you're not happy about anything, then you should work on improving your life.

write down a list of things you like and don't like about yourself and just deal with or change the things you don't like.

That is not very easy... Being happy with what you have is something almost no one does.

See... I want to fix things I cannot improve. That's the problem. I am not satisfied with what I got.

Genetics. I cannot change my height, face, and many other things.

I cannot change the situation I was born into either. (Born into wealth, etc)

Envy
A feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's advantages, success, possessions, etc.

Just in case you don't know what covetousness is, and I didn't.

Covetousness
1. Inordinately or wrongly desirous of wealth or possessions; greedy.

I got a job and started being a grown up.

People who did what you did can have just as much envy as I do.

Just realize that envy is not productive. Stop being a wishful bitch and go do something for yourself. Accept reality and step up to the plate.

I'll tell you what, kid, try being homeless for a while, and I'll bet you have new-found appreciation for anything you have after that.

think about positive goals instead of concentrating on your flaws. also be greatful for what you already have. if you constantly have thoughts of lacking, lacking is how you always end up.
