entertainment.com coupons for use online?

I own an entertainment.com coupon book, and I see that some people were talking about using it for online purchases, like through dell.com. has anybody done this or know how it's done? didn't see anything under dell on entertainment.com and there's nothing in the book about it...

also, i see 100 things about "use the card for discounts" but i don't see any place to buy the card...

does it come with teh book?

The Dell coupons can be found at entertainment.com/dell after you have registered your book online.

The card is a credit-card sized card found near the front of the actual book.
