Followed by another debut Jake 2.0.

I only mention this because I usually miss the first few episodes of new series and seasons.

2 new ones last night dont seem to have much of a chance. Woopie and the new John Larouquette that followed her. We will see.

I agree with you about Jake 2.0 but I have seen some write ups that seem to say the promos dont do it justice.

same here. i wanna see what they do with this star trek. nothing can beat TNG though

i hope they dont take enterprise in the same direction as andromeda...that show's more like a cheap sci-fi soap opera.

The season opener is awesome. It should be a good season if they keep up with the action. All I have to say is Tactical Ops rule.

WOOHOO!!!

amish 😀😀

New look for T'Pol

Synopsis:

Six weeks into the Delphic Expanse, Captain Archer and his crew learn of a Xindi working at a mining colony, and set out to track him down and gain information about the mysterious race. But when Trip and Archer get caught in a deadly trap, Enterprise's newest crew members, a squad of Military Assault Command Operation soldiers (MACOs), must rush to free them. Meanwhile, T'Pol suggests an intriguing Vulcan cure for Trip's vivid nightmares of his sister's death.

Yep, the channel it is usual on here hasn't been that great since the blackout. I think they lost an antenna and haven't replaced it yet. So I went to the newsgroups and behold, someone had posted it today. Watched it about an hour ago and it rocked. I will watch it again tonight, but the signal is horrible and all grainy. Sometimes it just fades in and out.

Good show with some cool action and ummm, T'Pal mmmmmm good. I won't say anymore so as not to spoil it for the rest of you tonight.

Well, it was a pretty good setup at the end of season two, hopefully this one will be pretty good and not degrade Enterprise to one of those crappy saturday afternoon tv shows. Anyone know when Alias is going to start?

Like I said before, this season should rock if they keep up with the story line that they started in the first episode of the third season. Looks like they are spending more money and getting more actors into the series.

Edit: The story line actually started at the end of the second season, but it gets way more complicated in the season opener.

Edit II: The story actually started back somewhere in the first season if I remember correctly. Something to do with the time war or something like that. You all know what I am talking about.

I'm there, bad Star Trek is like bad pizza or sex, it's all good...

Season opener is good. I wouldn't call it great, but it definatly wasn't bad. I would give it a 7.5/10. I think that I am just anticipating it so much that I was expecting a bit more. T'Pol's new outfit is ok, but I would like it better if they would give her some real clothes. They also changed the music in the opening sequence. The words to the song are the same, but they changed the music. I don't like it.

I can't wait for next Wednesday.

No.. Bad Star Trek is simply bad.. Consider: Wesley Crusher in the early days, wearing his gray jumpsuit with the rainbow stripe, always being referred to as "the boy". Children running around the Enterprise, generally getting in the way of the story. At least two episodes where some asian guy wears a female uniform (in the early episodes, while they still had skirts). Early episodes had a definite '80s feel, with cheesy special effects; case in point where I remember two different alien races from different episodes having identical starship designs.

For people who are downloading it and not watching it (I have to admit I'm downloading it, but I'm still going to watch it when it airs. Its more for archiving purposes...) when it airs on UPN, please reconsider and watch it when it airs. The ratings dip (which had also to do with UPN's decline in affiliates) was quite noticeable, going from Season 1 to Season 2. It dropped to be pretty dangerously low in the middle of Season 2, where most of the crappy episodes lie. However, it has made a slight rebound towards the end of Season 2. If the ratings continue to dip in Season 3, there is a very good chance that Enterprise will be cancelled.

So please, if you're downloading it and not watching it on UPN, reconsider! It would be even better if you or someone you know has one of those Nielson boxes its more important that you do watch it (or hell, even RECORD it).

Thank you for your time and enjoy. Spread the word!

Ratings are based entirely on Neilson households. If you're not one of them, then it doesn't matter what you watch, it doesn't count towards ratings.
