Who cares if they can snap my neck like a stick with their legs, its worth it just letting them wrap their legs around me

I notice they've tweaked the opening theme this year....

Is it just me or has the series turned a little dark? Even the bridge seems a little dark compared to the bright lights of the Entperise and light colors.
It's supposed to be. TNG was utopian; the great life of the 24th century, where everyone lived in harmony. This is the 22nd century, where there's 1 ship, and damn near every alien is trying to destroy it, and with 1 species bent on destroying Earth outright. You would be a little pissed too, wouldn't you?

Odd, I thought earth had a few more ships than just one, BUT, Enterprise was the only one with deep space capability.

Enterprise is the 1st warp 5 ship. There is another one working on from last season it showed but wasn't ready. Assuming they had all the other warp speeds in older ships.
Also I believe the reason for Archer's need to become the captain is it sounds like the warp 5 project was the last thing his father worked on before he died but don't hold me to it.

Hey that female military chick was pretty hot. And near the beginning of the show when they were suiting up into the space suits, she wasn't wearing to much either...

I liked the slow motion as they were heading to her head :p
I prefer alien females, human chicks just don't cut it.
7 of 9 is alien enough to be on that list :)

It was pretty good... but they should have destroyed the alien ship and stuck around at the sphere for a while to figure out exactly what it had to do with the anomalies, and what technology they could learn from it. The raid on the Enterprise supplies was pulled off pretty well, but the aliens looked fake.

umm who are the swat people with the enterprise crew

military peeps. they were mentioned in the season 2 finale methinks

Yeah, I ve noticed those special ops on enterprise and I wonder what happened at last two or one episode that I missed. Where did they come from. I kinda like it. It makes sense because they re more trained to resuce or defend for the captian or the team away. It's cool as in the real world. I like this show tonight. Also I have been wondering what is John Acher doing with his new attidue. He must have set his mind already to finish his plan whatever he saw in the future.

Anyone have a copy of the last final episode that I missed?

That would be Julia Rose, courtsey of IMDB.com. Since she's going to be a recurring character, I thought her introduce was a little lame.

I really enjoyed the episode from last night, and the addition of those spec ops guys was cool.

Captain Archer's attitude change is also a welcome change. Could this be a turning point, kind of like DS9 when Sisko went all badass after growing the goatee and shaving his head? :D

I sure hope so. I like "badass Archer" so much more over "prissy Janeway".:D

Does anyone think there's going to be an episode where Archer almost goes "too far" and asks himself "what have I become?" Or will Archer continue to be sort of the antithesis of a starfleet captain?

Oh, I'm sure that'll happen; it needs to in order to set things up for the Prime Directive, and the other core rules.

Enterprise is getitng much better, and I like the idea of Archer going too far to set up the prime directive.

They're ruining Star Trek!!!! It is supposed to be about social problems not action-adventure stories.
