Entering Bios Issues

Hi guys how are you?

I have an issue here for a long time ago and never searched for a fix, nut now i think it`s the time

I have a GAZ87X OC Force MB and a PG278Q monmitor here, connected at Display Port

When i hit DEL button to enter the bios when PC starts the screen just goes black and nothing happens, i have to restart the PC and keep trying untill the bios shows, it`s very annoying to do that, sometimes it takes too long, sometimes at the first/ second trie....

Why is this happening? Any way to Fix

Try tapping the Del button rapidly, if the press and hold method doesn't seem to work.
Also: update the main bios to the latest bios version, then ensure that both the main bios and backup bios are flashed to the same version.
To do that: flash the backup bios with the main: Alt + F10 at system boot.

The main Bios is already at the latest one F10, the backup one never saw
