If you want to see expensive, check krill oil prices. Some argue krill oil is superior to fish oil as an omega 3 source.

The enteric coating allows it to bypass your stomach and get broken down/absorbed within your small intestine. I believe with some vitamins/supplements you'll lose some of nutrients during the breakdown in your stomach which is why the enteric coated fish oil only lists 1 as the serving.

I probably dumbed this down pretty bad, open to corrections.

I buy whatever's buy 1 get 1 at my drug store personally.

For dosing it obviously depends how much you want to get. I take 3/day of the Costco enteric coated. Most of the studies that I've seen on fish oil were done with 2500-4000mg/day so 2-3 of the 1200mg capsules.
