I have been having tons of problems with this card. I have the driver cd, and have downloaded the latest drivers for this card, but as I go through installing the drivers it asks me to locate sbpci.sys, the one I can find is in \winnt\system32\drivers\
I am running win2k, and had this card working a couple days ago, prior to a format I did.

The error I am receiving comes at the end of the driver install, and it looks as everything went fine (It brings up the completion window) But says Error: drivers have not been installed. and then below that is says: Data is Invalid

Anyone know how to remedy this situation? Or know where I may be able to find further information on it?

Thanks in advance

I had one of those too. Ensoniq was bought up by Sound Blaster a couple of years ago. When that happened the Ensoniq AudioPCI card was changed to the Sound Blaster PCI64. What I did was download the Sound Blaster PCI64 drivers and everything worked fine.

Note: Do not download the Sound Blaster Ensoniq drivers as these cards have a different sound chip on them then the orginal Ensoniq cards. Download the drivers for the Sound Blaster PCI64 card and try that.
