The key word in that sentence is "apparent". No doubt he was eliminated as part of the Bush cover up.

Has to be either that or:

<blatant paranoid rant>
a) an overzealous news reporter throwing in facts to make a legitimize his story

b)someone trying to reiterate his connection to enron

c)he held on to it for "sentimental reasons"

One of his co workers interviewed on Msnbc, said Baxter was raising questions as to what was going on at Enron.

Damn right foul play. The guy had 22 million in the bank after he cashed in all his stocks. Why the hell would you kill yourself? Guilty concious? Not likely...I'd be living on a beach in Grand Caymen.

Unless I'm missing something and he was pennyless. Then yeah, I guess suicide seems like a good "out"

Yep. He probably knew about the vast oil fields under Afganistan and Somalia, which this war on "terrorism" is all about!!! After all, everyone knows it was the Israeli Mossad in conjuction with the CIA that did this, so Israel could get more support against the arabs an the CIA could get more funding.

Well in all seriousness, it will be interesting to see if Bush emerges from this sh!tstorm unscathed. Not implying or speculating on his involvement BTW, just think it will be interesting to see who or what scuttles out when the stones start getting turned over.

I'm surprised at how many people make fun of this situation... It's sad when someone dies (especially suicide) WHATEVER the reason.
