A PT Cruiser and a Taurus? Worst gangsters ever.

Seems stupid, but those are actually two of the best gangster cars out there for hitmen and general crew to operate out of. Nondescript, totally generic vehicles that blend in effortlessly to traffic. It's usually the higher ups that go for Caddy/Lincoln/etc.

^ Gleaned from tons of cop/crime/murder docu-reenactment shows. I swear my lady is addicted to those shows, and I pick that crap up just from having it on in the background.

I don't see how the guy returning fire was a dipshit. What did he do but defend himself?

this, he drove into the parking lot trying to defuse the situation and keep away from the roadrager, from what I can tell he was just an innocent victim.

meh the other guy defended himself, the guy who shoots out of road rage is a retard. Road rage in general is not normal.

Anyway I read something a few years back that said that this is common in brazil and stuff.

Honestly. PT Cruiser? Seriously? Really? Please. But it sounds like the guy in the PT probably was just defending himself against a total fucking maniac. The best thing to do may have been to drive away, though.

As well as the gangster theory, maybe they had a pre-existing dispute and thats why one was following the other so closely?

Otherwise for the first one to start shooting like that seems bizarre.

Ionia is a piece of shit hillbilly town.

I love how they make it like the PT Cruiser "pulled into a parking lot to let the Taurus pass". Bullshit. He pulled in to be a bad ass and fight. He has to be a dumbass since he's driving a PT Cruiser.

I'm going to hold off on posting any more about this until they release the names and pictures of those involved. I have a hunch based off where they live, but we'll see.

oh and by the way, I just looked up the PT cruiser, it's that horrible car.
How can it be a common car in the US? It's just horrifying.

They aren't very common around here, considering they stopped making them a while ago, and they have build quality similar to a Neon, and how often do you see those around? Hint: if the answer is a lot, you live in the ghetto/Florida. The only PT cruisers I do see around here are driven by old ladies. Another 5-7 years and they will be collector cars.

I think the PT pulled into the parking lot to fight the guy in the Taurus. How would they know he pulled into a parking lot to let somebody pass? That doesnt even make sense.

I see what your getting at here...

The victims are both from Ionia. 56 year old Robert Taylor was driving a Chrysler P-T Cruiser. The other driver killed was 43 year old James Pullum, who was driving a Ford Taurus. According to Police, Pullum had two passengers in his vehicle, but neither was injured.

You're local. Do you remember when the guy had to shoot his own daughter over the summer? That was in Ionia too.

Its full of inbred rednecks and other assorted white trash. I see this as Darwin doing his business.

I agree
I avoid going there at all costs, and you could not pay me enough to goto the free fair up there. I can only imagine the people that come out of the woodwork.

It was the retro craze. The PT Cruiser was a best selling car at one point during the first few years of production(2001-2003). It was in production for 10 years so there are a lot still out there. Its responsible for the current boxy van/wagon craze.
