Enough Power?

I plan on building a new system and am wondering if the Enermax Whisper 350W I'm looking at will be enough to power everything. The specs of new ysstem:

Iwill KK266
Duron 800@1000
Radeon 32DDR
7200rpm 10+ GB HDD
PCI 56k modem
10/100 Netgear NIC
Creative 52X
Creative 4x2x24
4 switch baybus from pcmods.com
(2) 120x120x38mm Panaflo fans
(3) 80x80x25mm PCP&C Silencer fans
Undetermined CPU HSF
(2) Blue Orbs (Vid card and northbridge)

yes, 350 should be plenty

350w is a good choice. I think a 300w power supply would power that but just get the 350w instead.
