Here's an final update of the i7 rig I've purchased. Now I'm only waiting for all the parts to arrive.

Is the PC Power & Cooling 750w PSU powerful enough?

* lian li pc-7110a (incl. 6x 120mm fans)
* pc power & cooling silencer 750w
* intel i7 920 (overclocked)
* asus rampage II extreme
* corsair dominator ddr-3 1600mhz 6gb (overclocked)
* nvidia gtx295
* samsung sh-s223q
* 4x sata-2 harddrives (a total of ~3tb)
* external western digital harddrive
* external firewire m-audio soundcard
* samsung 19" lcd or samsung t220 22"
* mouse & keyboard

From the store that I'm buying from, it says "The GTX 295 requires 680W / 46A from the +12V rail".

Hey again yh125d.

I finally went with the PCP&C as you may have noticed.
Glad to know that It'll be enough then.

Thx.

He could run 2? What are you reading? There is no way he could run 2 GTX295's on a Silencer 750. Im sorry but you have been misinformed and passing on untrue information. This is the 3rd thread where I have had to correct you on passing false info.

To OP, yes you should be able to run that all. It may be cutting it close though with all those hard drives. And Im sure you plan on overclocking you new i7. I had a Silencer 750 and loved it. It should be ok but I would recommend 850 watts. Maybe the Corsair 850TX or a Silverstone DA850. The Ultra X3 850w is also great (I had one of those too 🙂 ).
What is your budget for the PSU?

I'm going to have to say that my rig: i7 @ 3.78GHz, dual GTX 260 Core 216 55nm, 2 optical drives, 2 7200 HDDs, P6T Deluxe, and my cooling run me 640W full load.

My budget for a PSU is about 100-140?.

I'm confused, one says the PCP&C 750W will be enough and someone else says it maybe won't :/

EDIT

I could spend more money on the PSU (actually considered the Corsair TX850 or the Corsair HX1000) as long as it helps and secures me in the future (SLI / Crossfire & CPU overclocking).

Although I've already ordered the PCP&C, the store has a 2 week product return policy.

The Silencer 750 is plenty for your system.
