Enough Power?

Just a quick question, if someone could answer it for me, it would be nice: would a ULTRA 400W PSU power the following components: EPoX EP-9NPAJ mobo, A64 3500+ and a 7800GT? Thanks.

Wow, you're not putting any hard drives, memory, or optical drives in the PC? The video cards can take a lot of power. My 6800GT takes more than 200W under load. That's a lot of power for one card.

So who makes the Power Suply, or is it some generic brand?

-EDIT-
Go for this or this depending on how much $ you want to spend.

Ultra is who makes it.

I think you should AT LEAST get a 450W PSU, but something better than Ultra. Like Antec, Seasonic, OCZ, Enermax, or Fortron...
