Well, I am curious if a powersupply that I am looking at will be sufficient to OC my system.

The powersupply is by Antec so it is a good brand but a little low on the juice its the sl350BLUE. A 350 Watt supply with blue lights. Here is what it will be running:

AMD 2500+ @ 2.4 Ghz
1 GB OCZ platinum 3200 DDR
ATI 9800pro
120 GB Seagate HD
ThermalTake HS/F
2 120mm fans

Thats the basics of it... so, should I upgrade to a higher PS or will the antec 350 watt be sufficient? Thanks for any input!

There's a good chance that SL350 won't have enough juice, since you have a 9800pro, which use >75 watts. I would definitely go for the TruePower 430. That's what most of the people around here use, unless they have a True480 or even a 550. Antecs are very good, I highly recommend them.

Yeah thanks guys - I think I'll go with the bigger power supply. That calculator came up with 348 watts which is too close to the max that I want to be... I could always add little things too. ..

The calculator has already a +10% to total sum (your computer will probably never reach his maximum consumption with all its components), but .. a better PSU means safer a computer. :)
