Hey all.

I bought a Dell a year ago and have been upgrading it as of late. A few months ago I added a 2nd HD and 512MB of RAM. It already has a dvd-rom and burner and whatnot.

It has a 250w power supply, and I'm just wondering what the limit is on those things? If I add a 3rd HD, will the 250w be enough? Thanks.

Dell seems to always underpower their systems. Even if you wanted to replace it with a new one, it would be difficult because Dell's units are proprietary. Hopefully it will be enough for the third drive but I don't think you will know for sure until you try.
