I highly disagree with the external hard drives being included in that list. Why trust some online backup source over something you can keep physically with you? Sounds stupid.

Wrong thread, but thanks for the input.

Edit: I did like the non sequitur, though

Glad your okay. I have to be extra careful. Heart issues run strongly in my family.

My Grandma died from a heart attack. My two Uncles suffered with heart issues and surgeries and died from heart issues. My Mom had heart surgery last year and had 3 holes in her heart fixed and a mitro valve put in and is doing much better. The 18th will be her 1 year surgery anniversary.

She spent months in the Hospital and I was with her and man seeing all the people with heart issues on the heart floor. Realllly makes you question how you live your life and what your eating.

Real scary stuff. If your thinking the floor is full of fat fast food junkies. Your wrong. Especially considering me & my Mom don't eat a lot of junk food.

Anyways 2009 was a tough year & 2008 wasn't real great either, but I'm glad your doing well and hope you never have to go through any major health problems. It's hell on everyone.

The grandmother of an ex had an enlarged heart. The doctors told her that it was the most enlarged that they had ever seen. It was enlarged enough that they convinced her to donate it to science when she died. She made it into her 70s.

It may be a concern, but it doesn't seem like it is a life sentence.

Welcome to the enlarged but healthy heart club. My blood pressure averages around 106/58 and my EKG and echo cardiograph's showed my heart is very healthy.
From what I have read Lance Armstrong has a very large heart also.

Good to hear its not what you thought. My mother has it and you get out of breath very easily. I would suggest toning your exercise down a bit as you might be prone to it if you keep working it too hard and too often.

They told him he has fine. Why would he tone down his exercise?

My best friend died unexpectedly in his sleep at the age of 39 from undiagnosed cardiomyopathy. Glad to hear you don't have it.

Se he can remain fine? There was obviously a problem that corrected itself. Whats the good health or good sense in pushing your body past its limits? Tone it down.
