England's palace 'ghost' caught on camera

That is obviously someone in a costume or some sort of illusion/trick of light etc. Anyone who believes that is a ghost should be flogged.

would be nice if they did a tv special on this, even though i'd probably forget about it. i love specials about ghosts for some reason. ( i know its fake so dont jump on me)
