Engine question

So I have a 99 Infiniti G20t, it has about 130k miles on it. Starting a few months ago I noticed the engine was vibrating, and I figured it was just starting to show its age. It would vibrate for a while but it seem to stop once the engine got nice and warm. Now it is starting to vibrate pretty hard and loud. It does not matter how warm the engine is now it always vibrates. The only time it seems to stop or at least be quiet enough not to notice is when I am accelerating. Once I reach the speed I need it starts right back up. Also, it is the same at idle or in park.

From the searches I have tried I have gotten anything from fuel pump, engine bracket, tune up, etc. So the trick is of course any shop is going to want to do all of the above, so I want to make sure what I pay to get fixed is going to fix it. Of course if it is going to cost too much I am going to have weigh that against getting another car.

Could be:-

- Missfire
- Dodgy fuel supply (pump/injector/lines, etc)
- Dodgy MAF
- Billion other things that cannot be identified via the internet

PCM or EGR valve clogged or broken?

Engine mounts are another possibility.

EDIT: A missfire or a dodgy MAF sensor would trigger the check engine light so they would be unlikely culprits.

Start by putting in fresh spark plugs and also clean the Throttle Body. You would be amazed at how a dirty throttle body can affect engine idle smoothness.

I was going to suggest possibly bad / loose motor mount. ZV got it already.

Depends on the severity of the misfire, but yes, one that causes engine shake should light the MIL.
