Quiet PSU's are the Antecs from what I have seen
the Enermax' have 2 fans, the Antecs just have 1.
my PP303X has gotta be the quietest PSU ever. the fan spins very slow because the PC it is in, puts out little load i suppose.. and it's almost silent..
