Enermax voltages

I get a low of 4.73V on an IWill KK266 with an Athlon @ 1500Mhz and the new Enermax 431W. I have done the 5V mod, and if I plug it in my low increases to about 4.83V. If I want to run at 1600Mhz I have to plug the mod in.

Iwill KK266-R, lowly 800mhz and 5v at 4.73.
Yes, with Enermax model 365. Deer and my old Enlight 235w ran the same. Pissed I killed the Enlight (doing stupid things) since it worked as well as this Enerhype.

I think the voltage readings are motherboard dependent. I had the same PSU (Enermax 431watter) plugged into two different mobos but with the same cpu and same cards/peripherals. My Abit KT7A-raid reads 5.03v while my MSI K7T-turbo was reading 4.83v.
