Enermax PSU problem

I have an Enermax Modu82+ 625w ps with the fan plugged into an Asus P5Q pro MB. I'm getting a warning that the fan is running at 479 rpms. This is a new build which I just had running for the first time and ran it for 4 hours after which I checked the PSU and it felt cool. I checked the Enermax website and their FAQs said something about noise suppression but I don't think this pertains to me since I'm well below 1000 rpms. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Which motherboard header do you have the PSU fan plugged into? Have you checked the bios for any feature that allows you to lower the warning threshold for that alarm?
