Enermax psu CFM???

If you have this psu, could you tell me how many cfm's it blows out of the case?(from the bottom fan) Doesn't matter if you don't know exactly, but how does it compare to, say a regular 80 mm fan? Does it take out more or less air?

Have you actually tried one? The 92mm lower fan on Enermax's pushes more air than the standard 80mm fan. The 80mm back one is roughly as powerful as the standard 80mm, but far more quiet.

I agree...my Enermax pushes just as much air out of the back of my case as the 80mm Sunon right below it, and is quieter. I'm quite satisfied with this PSU...I couldn't ask for anything else. And no, I don't work for Enermax, hehe = ). Just this is about the ONLY part of my computer that has caused me ZERO grief.
 
Enermax kicks @ss I love my 350 watter. and the guys are right it is quiet too and is sucks!!! the air right out of my case. He he he
 
what size fans do power supplies come with?
and could i open it up and replace it with a higher output fan?
 
the standard power supply has a single 80mm fan in there. Yes you can replace it, but it depends on how inclined you are to open up a power supply(i personally have no qualms with doing this).

Enermax dual-fan units have a single 80mm and a single 92mm fan.

so would a sunon 80mm 42.5 cfm fan be better than the stock fan?
 
I have changed fans in power supplies before to see if it makes a difference, and it did not affect the temperature at all, and this was with a crappy power supply. The Enermax PSU's are high quality. It'd probably be more of a hassle then it's worth to replace the fan. I'd cut a blowhole in your case and put that extra Sunon fan to better use.
 
OK, this thread has me a little worried about my Enermax PSU.

I'll start an impromptu poll...What RPM does your Enermax run? My Asus PC Probe is telling me that it's running at around 1500 RPM, below the recommended threshold of 2000-ish. Of course, my rig is in the basement where the ambient temp is rather cool that's why I'm not worried that much.
