Enermax PS thermistor

I just installed an Enermax EG365-VE, and I'm wondering what to do about the attached thermistor. I want both fans running at top speed all the time.

Thanks

I don't have anything labeled temp controlled module. The connector plugs into the mobo. I suppose I could use an adaptor to connect the 3 pin fan connector to one of the 4 pin molex connectors from the P. Is that what you meant?

I think as temp rises the resistance rises so probably the opposite, but don't know the circuit so can't be sure.

Solved! Cut thermistor lead and fan slowed down....shorted leads together and fan speeded up. I'm running with leads shorted and thermistor cut off (and saved for possible future use).
