I have a Lian-Li PC60USB case, and it appears that the power supply orientation is easily reversed as necessary, as described for the PC10 case. I'm quite happy with it overall, but the power supply mounting system is a bit noisy.
I bought some Surface Gard 60mm x 13mm self-adhesive non-skid pads (made by Shepherd Hardware Products US/Canada, Select Hardware Ltd UK). I cut them to fit the rails and tabs that the supply rests on inside the case, and put more at the top of the power supply mounting area on either side of the supply to reduce side-to-side vibration. Then I reinstalled the supply and used rubber washers in between the mounting plate and the case, but not between the mounting plate and the supply. This reduced noise substantially, and should still provide for good heat transfer from the top of the supply to the top of the case.
BTW, I also used the same pads on the drive cage that mounts at the bottom of the case behind the front panel fans. I cut the pads in half along their length and put them on the cage mount that's welded to the case so that the cage sits on top of the pads, rather than directly on the mount itself. I'm considering adding rubber washers between the hard drives and the cage, but I think I'll wait until I install my new PCP&C Silencer fans and see how things sound.
