Enermax manually adjustable fans users question

I am interested in the 80, 92, and 120 units that are manually adjustable. How happy are you with these units? How long is the control wire? I would like to run the wire to the outside of the case so I can adjust it without opening up the unit.

Well, I have an 80mm enermax fan I just bought at a 'puter show. The manual control line is 14" to end of the pot. Haven't installed it yet ( it is destined to replace the noisy p/s fan) but on my test bench it seemed pretty nice. It's .23amp = fairly powerful, definitely not silent. But you can tune the speed/noise nicely. It's quite pretty to behold: purple housing, clear fan blades and a gold grill. Almost a shame to hide it in the p/s.
