ENERMAX CS-1251-B-RE Refurb Case for ~$25 shipped

Well, sort of out of stock. The first web page says Availability: Yes, but when you check out it says 0 in stock. Bummer. Nice looking case, even if you do need to find a power supply somewhere else.

even better for local will-call customers. i got one myself just for the hell of it when i was there to pickup some fans. amazingly well-built for the price. the guy there told me they had 50 come in, and i got 1 of the 9 left after just 2 days. don't know if they'll be getting anymore in soon.

ouch 🙁
just wondering... is SVC.com big??? seems like a very good small company

If anyone is looking for a mid-tower case without a powersupply, for $43.69 with Free Shipping, the Antec SLK300B is available at Amazon.com. It's a really nice case for the price: rubber grommets, speed switchable 120mm fan, detachable harddrive and floppy bay, nice rounded edges, removable door panel with cool latches, detachable air filter, telescoping side air duct, lots of thumbscrews. It's like a cheaper version of the Sonata, with slightly thinner metal construction, and cheaper thinner front door panel plastic construction; although, this fact also makes it much lighter.

they've been pretty good with me for the past 4-5 years. then again, i'm always a will-call customer (no shipping!), and online customers may have different experiences. Reseller Ratings are very respectable, though!

btw, i think the cases are back in stock

You just have to know how to read his thread crap...........

The "I paid $15+tax for something similar" meant:

1. It was black.

2. It had a door on front.

3. It was made of of thin steel (thinner than any Antec case, but steel is steel, ya know... :roll😉

4. It would hold a motherboard.

5. He wishes he had an Antec case, or any other name-brand case for that matter instead of the no-name, flexible-flyer he bought out at closeout from CrapUSA.

I ordered this case last nite, didnt think it'd make much of a splash here, they got good deals on XP90 heatsink too if u look

i ordered one, i am upset. It's not the build of the case, that's fine.. kinda... it's the fact that the case's rear panel has been smashed in and i can't mount motherboard + expansion cards. 🙁 damn you ups.
