Enermax 431 True Vs Antec 350 Smart Power

bought a case the other day for this:

Xp 2500+ @ 2.2 ghz (bios see's xp 3100+)
2x256 ocz dual chnl DDR400
BFG6800oc agp
Msi K7n2 delta
80gb Wd 8mb buffer hdd
Lite on CDRW

Well the case had a brand new Smart Power antec 350 watt psu, so I just went ahead and installed into it.

I didn't have the right backplate for the case so I have one on order and when I do I was wondering if my current setup is fine with that psu, or should I install the enermax 431 true I have here at home?

If the 350 is fine for this setup then I'll try and trade the psu for something (retails $130.00)

I would think the Smart Power 350 watt should work fine for you.

The Antec 350W should be fine, but the Enermax 431W is most probably better.
