Enermax 330W P-Supply @ WeirdStuff Warehouse

+12V
120mV
5%
3A (MIN) / 12A(MAX)

Not too much power on the +12 line, but it looks like a nice PSU and certainly a nice name. It will be good for some lower powered computers.

There is no reason this would not work with a P4 motherboard unless you are using some exotic motherboard that I have never heard of. Enermax normally places all of the auxillary power connectors required for P4 boards on their power supplies. If for some reason this does not have it, buy the $2.50 adapter that plugs into a molex connector and then plugs into the auxillary motherboard connection.

Its a little on the lower end for voltage on the 12V line. Many generic supplies can outpower it. This is a 2001 model from enermax, still good quality and an okay deal.

It comes with the plug, the linked review (I think) shows it.

Edit, would this be good enough for an XP2500+, two HDs and two optical drives?

Well, I was thinking of using it for a P4 2.4GHZ with an Abit VI7 motherboard (PT800) with two 40GB HD in RAID, 1 120MB HD for storage and another 40GB drive for the OS. I could never figure out how to do the math whether or not a P-supply can handle all these components. I just figured that a 2001 P-supply would not be enough. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I picked this one up last night at the warehouse. Installed it in the computer..... had some problem but not power supply related. while I was removing the old one I had accidentally unplug one end of the ram. So the bios kept beeping and I thought I screwed the board cos I had used static wipe(highly not recommended I know) to clean the interior of the case.

voltages on all lines are ok except the 5v which is a little low at ~4.85 my old antec 300w (303 series) runs at ~4.95 but after 4-5 years it has dropped to ~4.8+ I had replaced it because I have been having random reboots and programs crashing. the Antec has survived the Slot A Athlon 600, 750 and this XP 1600+ all this time. my current configuration is on my signature.
