Enemy Engaged and ForceFeedback Joystick

Has anyone tried to run enemy engaged with Win 2k and a force feedback joystick? When the Sim starts up the view is out the top of the Helicopter and you can not adjust the view with the hat switch.
I have looked on their web site and could not locate anything on this topic. Just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this problem?
