I was thinking about getting this for the pc, but have heard it's been cleranced at target for the ps3.

Anyone have experience with this and how well it plays on a console?
 
I just got a 360 from Dell and they included this game with it. It looks neat and got pretty good reviews. I haven't tried it yet though (been too addicted to Mass Effect). Apparently you can play almost the entire game all with voice commands.

It has some cool features, but is a relatively short game and kind of shallow, I'd only get it again if it was on sale, or rental.
I didn't enjoy the game enough to really delve into the online play, but it seems like it has potential to be fun if you're really into it. It consists of a global map and you pick a side (EU/USA/RUS) to fight for global dominance in a turn based, weekly campaign. (I've not done it so I may not be 100% correct).
