Endurance challenge

I have met only two people other than myself that can do this, one a spnner (stationary biking, it's tough) teacher, and another an aerobics instructor (yes, he might be gay). They both did it to not lose $10 to me. LOL. It was hilarious.

The did 200 squats without stopping at all. The both looked like they were going to pass out, and their legs were shot for two days.
NOTE: These are just squats with your body, no extra weights. NO, you can't hold onto anything. You can have a spot if you need.

I always bet those "tough guys" who work out everyday, and have the "invincibility complex" that so many college students have. It's fun.

I remember doing something like that in basic training. Maybe it wasnt 200, but it sure fvcking felt like it!

I couldn't do 200 squats.... Big muscles are pretty useless when it comes to endurance, but i would take you up on a max lift challenge though...

When i wax my car, after i'm done with the hood i've got a pump out of this world and when i'm done with the entire car i'm ready for a painkiller...

200 is pretty good, do net searches for Matt Furey, Carl Gotch, Hindu squats, etc. Gotch once did 9000 Hindu squats non-stop. It took him over 4 hours.

http://www.cbass.com/Furey.htm

Matt says 100 reps is good ? and "when you can do 500 straight Hindu Squats, you?re on your way to greatness." Believe it or not, Furey?s mentor, Karl Gotch, once did 9001 nonstop Hindu Squats. It took him four and a half hours, according to Furey, whose personal record is 2000.

Bud Jeffries has done over 500 in about 15 minutes. He has also weighs over 350 lbs. and has done a partial squat of 1800 lbs. His website is www.strongerman.com but it's down for the moment. He also can do the full splits. He's one heck of an athlete.

That's awesome. I might try 500 this Friday just to see if I can do it.
Plus, when my legs are dead, I can sit in my room and play Zelda all day.
