End of Year Sales?

Does anybody recall or know if sites like Newegg or Zipzoomfly will have after-Christmas year end "blowout" sales? Building a new A64 3200+ system and debating whether or not to wait a little bit for better prices...
 
I don't recall them doing it in previous years, but in January demand may drop a bit so parts like 6600GT might come down in price a little once supply catches up.

Places like CompUSA will have specials if you don't mind waiting months for large rebates
