Well, I got double pay for working Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years, so that's effectively my bonus.
 
Our company celebrated the year's end by laying off 12%.
We'll be welcoming the new year with 2 days off per month without pay. Then if the business is not picking up, there'll be more lay off.
 
I got a bonus for working at a customers site in Oct., which just showed up on my paycheck. Also, I got assigned a regular work site, instead of being a floater for the past 11 months. Those two are my end of the year "bonus." Uh.. I'm also still employed.

 
I'm fairly disappointed by mine. Our revenues were way up, as was my billability, yet my bonus was less than last year. I could understand this if we weren't doing well, but our outlook is still very good despite the poor economy.
