I cannot believe you wrote that with a straight face.

ok i went through this thread yesterday and while I was on one of the links, don't recall which one, Norton pops up with the Trojan " Trojan.Alwayup". Access was denied and failed to repair. Scan shows nothing. Anyone else get this thing?

is it a warning from Norton or just a popup?

If its from Norton then you found a java-based virus. They are common on certain websites.

It was not a popup. It was a warning from NAV. I have done multiple scans in NAV in regular and safe mode. No sign so I guess I am clear. It created a temp exe file but I can't find it anymore. I googled this trojan and there seems to be a lot of activity on it the last month or so. The created temp file was temporary internet files\contnet.IE5\QFKV16F\aun_0015[1].exe

Just emptying the temp files should get rid of it.

Norton intercepted it and deleted it for you.
