Enabling SSI with Apache

I read the docs at Apache.com, but even after I've added

Options +Includes

and

AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

to httpd.conf, SSI tags in .shtml files are still not being parsed.
I'm using Apache 1.3.17 on Win2k Pro. And yes, I did restart Apache 😛
