Enable wake on LAN on Abit IS7?

Hello,

I have just configured my HTPC and have it neatly stored away - I would like to be able to turn it on remotely using wake on lan. It is connected to my network using the onboard 10/100 that the board comes with. "Wake on boot ROM" is enabled in the BIOS, but I am not sure if this means it supports wake on lan. Thanks!

Thanks for the information. I have found out my onboard NIC does in fact support WOL, in frame or magic packet mode. I have installed magic packet on both machines, and while WinXP is running, it confirms the receipt of the magic packet sent from my machine. It will not turn it on when it is powered off though! I have tried a few different programs and nothing will turn it on.

Wake on LAN was NOT enabled in power management in the BIOS...works like a charm now, thanks!
