This might seem obvious to some, but how do i enable "list" in every folder besides having to do it manually in Win2k. I hate the default view where the picture of the folder taks up most of the space. Thanks for any help.

Go to the View menu and click "Details" to get the list working in the first place. Then, add any columns you would like. For instance, Attributes, Date Created, Date Accessed, whatever you would always like to see. Then go to Tools menu item and then I think it's Folder Options (I'm not on my Win2k machine right now). Then look at the checkboxes/radio buttons. It's a little tricky and you may have to try it a few times (I did), but you can get ALL the folders to display like the current one if you play your cards right.

Tools> folder options> view tab, press button like current folder. That should do it.
