I don't even know what those are and for some reason I am scared to search for them. I vote no.

They're videos. I vote no too - the Hume thread shows allowing images is bad enough.
 
I think the Hume thread shows that images are fine, those many MB gifs are a pain in the neck when they're quoted over and over and there are a ton of them on a page.
