Enable Halt Command when returning from hibernation

I used a nifty program called wpcrset to edit my registers so i can enable the halt command for better cooling. However, it only enables when I start up windows, but it doesn't enable when I hibernate. Is there a program out there that can fix that, because it is very annoying to use wpcredit all the time, everytime I return from hibernation.
