However many songs Emusic might have floating around on Napster, I wouldn't run across one of theirs. Why?, you ask. Its simple. For the 8.99 (for an album) or 0.89 (for a single track) at Emusic, you get a whopping 128kbps mp3. Stay away from the low quality mp3's, and you'll be fine.

[rant]If I'm gonna be paying for mp3s, I want 256kbps at the minimum. [/rant]

Ha, so true. I paid for $50 worth of their crap MP3's to get my free Nomad 2 earlier this year and I've yet to download more than one song.
